Design Your Own Major

Inter-College Program

Offered through CCAPS, this option allows you to design a two-area, three-area, or interdisciplinary thematic major across colleges.

Individualized Degree Program

Offered through CLA, the Bachelor of Individualized Study (BIS) allows you to combine three areas of concentration (one can be outside of CLA) into one major. CLA also offers the Individually Designed Interdepartmental Major (IDIM) which focuses on a unifying theme by combining courses from three or more CLA departments.
